Our fee is $300 per hour within 50 miles of our office. Each session varies from one to three hours depending on the size of your home, building, or plot of land. The $300 fee is for two consultants. You will recieve a tape recording of your session, handouts, and the ability to call or eMail us with brief subsequent questions. You can prepare for your session by having blueprints, if available, or simple proportionate sketches. We will also ask you to give some thought in advance to what it is you want to gain, maintain, and diminish in your life.

Please remember that we are not interior decorators, although we think we have wonderful taste and would be happy to shop for you if you lack the time or confidence. It is not unusual to desire or need to consult us at a later date. Often this is because you are ready for some major life changes.

Instant Meditation	If you are more than 50 miles from our office, you will need to add $50 per hour for travel time. If we need to fly, we will add the cost of the flight for two.

The charge is $85.00 and you will get a tape. Here's what we need from you: 1. A basic drawing of your home or office. This is called the "footprint" and includes everything under the roof. That means that if you have an enclosed porch or an attached garage, it is part of the drawing. Indicate windows, doors and room names. 2. The number address of you home or office. 3. Your intent, i.e. what in life you want to GAIN, MAINTAIN & DIMINISH! This is most important. 4. Any specific questions about your space? A small processing fee will be added.
